Qatar Airways Group has the following IT position available based in DOHA, QATAR 
 
Software Engineer
 
The selected candidate would play a key role in the development and support of applications by undertaking different roles, as and when required by project and by the Project Manager/Business analyst.
Activities may involve software design, development, testing, quality assurance and support.
 
Qualification/Experience:
  • Degree or Honors in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Sciences/ Commerce 
  • At least 3-5 Yrs in Software development and maintenance.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes, client/server, web development, data warehouses etc.
  • The applicant should also have good planning, organizing and communication skills 
  • Candidate must have strong hands on experience in one or more technologies such as .Net, PL/SQL, Oracle ERP, Oracle databases,J2EE, Business Objects etc 
  • Experience in an Airline or Travel industry IT applications will be advantageous
